Description :

A distinctive high-rise residential block located in one of the most prestigious areas of Marota.

It consists of fourteen floors:

• Ground floor featuring a luxurious reception lobby, an event hall, a children’s playroom, and a security and surveillance room.

• Twelve residential floors, with each floor containing six apartments.
  Every apartment stands out with its unique and breathtaking views.

• Technical floor, which houses the building’s technical services as well as a fitness club.
