Description : A luxurious residential villa with a contemporary architectural design that combines elegance and modernity. The project is distinguished by a balanced mass composition and soft flowing lines that reflect a refined and unique character.
One of the most prominent features of the project is the suspended architectural structure above the outdoor seating area, which combines perforated metal with shaded elements in a bold design. This feature creates a striking visual focal point while providing shade and maintaining natural ventilation. It adds a unique architectural identity and reinforces the project’s contemporary character.
The main entrance is clear and monumental, emphasizing the villa’s identity while conveying both privacy and hospitality. Meanwhile, the surrounding boundary wall harmonizes with the overall design to form a cohesive architectural composition.
