Description :
A distinctive high-rise residential block located in one of the most prestigious areas of Marota.
It consists of fourteen floors:
Ground floor featuring a luxurious reception lobby, an event hall, a children’s playroom, and a security and surveillance room.
Twelve residential floors, with each floor containing six apartments.
Every apartment stands out with its unique and breathtaking views.Technical floor, which houses the building’s technical services as well as a fitness club.
