Description : The concept of the double L-shaped layout creates a harmonious composition by establishing a balanced relationship between the building mass and the swimming pool. This arrangement enhances privacy around the pool while providing shaded outdoor seating areas for greater comfort and relaxation.
The design also ensures seamless access to the pool courtyard from all major spaces within the villa. The kitchen offers convenient service to the outdoor area, the bedrooms enjoy direct visual connections to the pool, and the living room opens naturally onto the courtyard, creating a continuous flow between indoor and outdoor living.
