Scope : The project was designed and implemented
Description : In Al-Wushaha Mosque, the dome and arch are utilized instead of interior columns to span the entire space. The design focuses on a quarter-circle generating arch that covers the entire roof without any internal columns interrupting the architectural void. The arch is stepped in proportion to the mosque’s small scale, allowing for spatial gaps between the repeated arches through which light enters—enlivening the interior space with a sense of movement and vitality.
