Description : An architectural design that combines classical character with contemporary touches, featuring the use of red brick and prominent detailing to evoke a sense of warmth and authenticity. The building consists of multiple floors arranged in a symmetrical composition that emphasizes visual rhythm through the repetition of openings and clearly framed windows.
Transparent glass façades were incorporated to strengthen the visual connection with the street and provide a welcoming experience for users, while maintaining harmony between the design and the surrounding urban fabric.
