Description : The villa’s design is inspired by traditional Andalusian architecture, where the internal courtyard forms the vibrant heart of the home and serves as the organizing element for all spaces. Circulation and functions revolve around this central space, ensuring privacy while enhancing the visual connection between interior and exterior.
This concept has been reinterpreted with a contemporary spirit by emphasizing clear architectural masses and incorporating open spaces and sloped roofs to bring vitality and dynamism to the overall composition. Large glass façades and dynamic elements such as mashrabiyas and shading devices are used to provide natural lighting and regulate the indoor climate.
Water is introduced as a key design element, adding both aesthetic and sensory value while creating a calm atmosphere that strengthens the relationship between the user and the garden—transforming the villa into an integrated space for daily living and social interaction.
