Scope : The project was designed and finished
Description :The project involves the renovation of a residential villa into a cosmetic clinics center. To achieve this transformation, we designed a new façade and entrance by adding an external envelope that completely shifts the building’s character from its original residential identity to a unique and modern aesthetic. This new design not only redefines the building’s appearance but also captures the attention of both pedestrians and motorists from near and far. As a result, the project was recognized and classified by the international organization Cityscape.
