Description : Al Takhila Building represents an elegant model of modern residential architecture with a contemporary Arab spirit. The design is expressed through a symmetrical façade that combines light natural stone with dark accents, creating a distinctive sense of visual depth, while a prominent central element adds grandeur and order to the overall composition.

Metallic ornaments and subtle geometric details further enhance the building’s identity, while the carefully positioned openings provide comfortable natural lighting and ventilation. The project achieves a clear balance between luxury and functionality within a calm and attractive residential environment.
