Scope : The project was designed

Description : This project was developed on a uniquely challenging site, characterized by a steep natural slope with an elevation difference of 11 meters between its highest and lowest points. The plot features an irregular trapezoidal shape—elongated and narrowing toward one end—and is positioned at a traffic intersection, surrounded by three streets.

These complex site conditions presented a significant design challenge, which we embraced as an opportunity to create something exceptional. Inspired by the principles of Flow Architecture, an organic and fluid design language, we crafted a structure that harmonizes with the land’s topography and urban context.

The implementation employed a hybrid structural system, integrating both steel and reinforced concrete elements. This approach ensured precise alignment between the architectural vision and the built reality, resulting in a distinctive and expressive project.
