Description : A distinctive residential tower consisting of 12 residential floors, a ground floor, and a technical floor.
The building features a premium gym, luxurious entrances, elegant landscaped gardens, and stylish rooftop seating areas.
Each floor includes five residential apartments of varying sizes with unique designs. The tower is fully equipped with all essential utilities, including electricity, solar power, and domestic gas connections.
Additionally, it offers secure underground parking and a security system to ensure residents’ safety.
